lambs and layouts

I have been neglecting scrapping, but I caught up with project life yesterday and did a layout for the weekly challenge on UKScrappers. Today I did two layouts...


Our niece came to stay and this is what happened in the afternoon, Harry played with an old mobile phone and the others were on handheld computers.


Then I have done a layout of Evie dressed as Winnie the Witch for world book day.

Today we did baking this morning and then went for a mini easter egg hunt at my mums and see my dads sheep and lambs.


These two lambs are very friendly as they are being bottle fed. Evie stayed at my mums as she felt they were too smelly last year!

Its been a sunny day here, with a sprinkling of snow in the air and very cold....what a strange Easter weekend.
Our car has been poorly and we thought we would be without it this weekend, but luckily the garage got it back to us yesterday. So even was able to go swimming.
We decided to go to the local garden centre this afternoon and feed the ducks they have there....I wasnt going to take a photo and then thought of Lynnes week.....I could have missed capturing this moment.

I have just been doing a layout for the Weekly challenge on UKscrappers- I went into one of my desk drawers and found the number '7' that Harry has been missing in his wooden jigsaw, so he will be pleased when he comes down from his afternoon sleep :)

Did I mention I had finished a cardi for Evie?

Well this week for us is the easter Holidays...we have quite a lot of play dates planned. I am doing this while waiting for my neice to arrive, she is staying the night...

Tues- Neice will go home, I will do my cleaning job and pick up Evies friend to come back for play and tea.

Weds- dentist for me and the kids

Thurs- nephew will come to stay the night.

 

We dont have enough room for neice and nephew to stay at the same time any more :(

So a reasonably busy week.

To answer the what wont I be doing....

 

I will not be studying :)
I submitted my first assignment and got the result this morning, 80% I am so pleased, really was only hoping to scrape a pass at 40% as I thought it was terrible, lol. So we are on to book 2 and I have made a start but going to be putting it to the side for a week or so :)

I did mean to post again for Annes challenge...but I just didnt get round to it....I did submit my first assignment for the new course though, yay.
Anyway...this bit would have been for Anne .

Evie has been to swimming lessons for a year now and on Saturday she got this.


Her 5 meters badge!!!! She is still in grade one for another 10 weeks, she needs to swim 5m on her back too, so hopfully next block she will be in grade 2.

I wanted to get a video of Harry laughing for you, I only managed this yesterday and he is laughing because he is terroising the cat!

well I was born in Yorkshire and havent left Yorkshire....
I met Richard through a friend and he has been an influence on me....giving me courage to do things.
I love Bon Jovi :)
I cannot leave home with out my phone and I often have a child or childs bag with me!
I left school with only 1 passed GCSE which was sociology....I really think its the wrong time to do exams as a teenager.

Over on luckysnapping, Anne has given us the prompt of 'laugh'....now I should be getting on with my assignment but I had to stop by and do this first.

I find Miranda very funny, Richard sits next to me and gives me the look of - why are you laughing so much at something so simple, lol.

Right, I will be back with more laughs but while Harry is in bed and Daniel is poorly upstairs, I really must try to be productive.

 At the left of the window sill we have Daniel and Evies daffodils (hopefully) growing, Daniels has gone a funny colour and Evies hasnt peeped through yet...

Its world book day today and its the first time school have done the dressing up bit...evie has been changing her mind everyday but this morning it was decided....

I have been asking Daniel all week what he could be, he said he was going in his uniform as others wouldnt be dressing up- he is 10 going on teenager....this morning he said "mum who can I be, if i wear jeans"....my reply was i dont think you have any jeans and its a bit late now....thats why i have been asking all week, arghhh...so he went in his school uniform!
