So here is my layout, i arent too keen on this one, it just doesnt look right, but cant decide what it is. Picture taken at the beach March 2009. Tfl.

craft area and blog award

I thought i would do a post about my craft area. I would love a room of my own but that isnt going to happen anytime soon. Luckily we have a reasonably sized living room, full length of the house, one end towards the back garden has patio doors, the other a window looking over the front garden, this is my corner...which is taking over a bit. Excuse the mess- it is half term,lol :)

On another note a friend on UKScrapper sent me a blog award, thank you Joanne, very undeserved but a lovely thought.

Scrap Weekly Challenge 6

DragonsLady here, this time with our challenge for the week. Next Sunday is Valentine's Day and it also will be my 29th wedding anniversary. So I've made an anniversary card for my husband. Your challenge is to make a card, any card. It doesn't have to be a valentine or anniversary card, it can be a 'thinking of you', sympathy, or 'get well' card. I'll even accept an artist's trading card. So have fun.

Here is my card, its my mums birthday on the 22nd so i think i will send this one to her, Forever friends stamped image, coloured with promarkers, used coredinations whitewash torn for the border and gemstones coredinations on the covered front card.

Project 12

So this is my version of January for Project 12, i didnt used the sketch.
So January- we had lots of snow, evie started school nursery, other two pics, show evie with her princess accessories and a rainbow shining on her dolls house.

The challenge is to take 3 papers - patterned or plain is up to you - and put them together to form the background.

So here is my layout for the challenge, I have used plain green cardstock and 2 papers from a sarahs cards kit. Photo is of Daniel and his grass head that he made at school, July 2009.
